Maternal Psychological Control and Self-esteem in Middle School Students: The Mediating Effect of Academic Efficacy

Using questionnaire survey, the psychological control scale, academic efficacy and self-esteem scale of 774 students in Zhangzhou, Fujian, Qingdao, Shandong. Results found a significant negative correlation with perceived maternal efficacy;There was positive between Academic plays partially mediating role self-esteem.
